Job summary

Responsibilities include intake facilitation, dependency management, risk tracking, and maintaining program documentation and dashboards for leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Technical Program Management, PMO, Technology Operations, or related experience.
• Proven experience leading and coordinating complex, cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate enterprise technology initiatives related to security, compliance, infrastructure, governance, and operational improvements.
• Manage cross-functional programs involving security, risk management, compliance, audit readiness, and technology governance requirements.
• Drive planning, tracking, and execution of complex technology initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Facilitate project intake, prioritization, dependency management, and status reporting.
• Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly program updates, dashboards, and executive-level reports.
• Coordinate approvals, reviews, and governance processes for technology projects, operational changes, and business initiatives.
• Track risks, issues, action items, and project milestones, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder communication.
• Establish and maintain program documentation, standards, processes, and reporting mechanisms.
• Partner with business and technical leaders to improve operational efficiency and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Support organizational growth and scalability by driving program coordination and operational excellence.
