Job summary

RobCo is building the category of Autonomous Industrial Robotics and we're moving fast. We seek a Senior Technical Program Manager to own multiple robotics deployment programs from design to handover in a high-growth environment.

You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, software, controls, manufacturing, and supply chain, while managing budgets, timelines, and risks. This role offers significant ownership from day one and opportunities to shape scalable delivery processes.

Qualifications

• Completed technical university degree (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent qualification with significant technical professional experience.
• 7+ years of experience leading complex technical programs, ideally in robotics, industrial automation, systems integration, or hardware-software environments.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale automation or robotics systems from concept through deployment with minimal oversight.
• Strong systems understanding of mechatronic, robotic, or cyber-physical systems, and ability to translate complex technical details into executive business impact.
• Culture-aligned mindset with ownership, data-driven yet pragmatic execution, and comfort with ambiguity.
• Very good English skills (German a plus).
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery Ownership: Lead multiple robotics and automation deployment programs from pre-sales alignment through commissioning and handover.
• Build Scalable Structures: Design repeatable operating mechanisms, governance, and delivery processes for fast, high-quality growth.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate engineering, software, controls, manufacturing, supply chain, and field teams for seamless execution.
• Strategic Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted partner to C-level executives, investors, and customers with clear progress, risks, and business impact.
• Technical and Commercial Steering: Oversee technical integration details and budgets, resource planning, and schedules.
• Risk and Problem Resolution: Identify risks and bottlenecks early; implement mitigation strategies to drive issues to resolution.
• Continuous Improvement: Analyze patterns to drive automation and process improvements across deployment operations.
