Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an accomplished Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the industrial robotics program, aligning cross-functional teams across software, hardware, and deployment services. You will drive risk assessment, roadmap execution, and scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with Product and Engineering to protect scalability requirements, manage dependencies, and publish clear RACI matrices.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams
• 3+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
• 3+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects
• Experience working in Software or Hardware

Responsabilidades

• Establishing a mechanism and cadence to manage the Amazon industrial robotic program
• Managing escalations or misalignments when there are risks to delivering services; facilitating tradeoff decisions with customers, stakeholders, and partner teams
• Determine whether a decision is one-way or two-way door; manage discussions with customer and partner teams to manage expectations, impacts, and risks
• Ensuring role clarity and escalating to leadership when misalignments impact commitments
• Developing and publishing a clear RACI to create transparency with customer teams and to drive ownership
• Coordinating across internal teams to ensure alignment and enablement of delivering deployment services
• Exercise strong technical judgment to influence deployment methodology at program level
• Understand scalability requirements and represent back to Product and Engineering teams to protect for those requirements
