Job summary

You will drive delivery of complex initiatives, align them with business goals, and manage resources, budgets, and high-performing teams. You will work with engineering, product, and executives, using enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate planning, validate outputs, and ensure data sensitivity compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading complex technology programs in large organizations.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and C-suite.
• Close collaboration with executives, tech teams, architects, and product owners.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities in program management.
• Ability to validate AI-assisted plans and data handling.
• Strong stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in agile environments.
• Analytical, problem-solving skills to translate objectives into tasks.
