Qualifications

5+ years of experience leading technical programs and complex technology projects.
Proven ability to present to C-suite and executives.
Experience collaborating with engineers, architects, product owners and business stakeholders.
Experience applying enterprise AI capabilities to planning and risk synthesis.
Ability to validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations.
Strong data-driven decision making and governance practices.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with scope, resources, and timelines.
Leverage enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate planning and executive updates.
Identify and mitigate risks, and implement contingency plans to maintain momentum.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program scope and deliverables.
Use analytical reasoning to assess performance and drive process improvements.
Champion agile delivery practices and continuous improvement.
Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted governance and reporting with human oversight.
