Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager to drive the delivery of complex technology programs in Corporate Technology. You will guide cross-functional teams, define scope, milestones, and governance, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience leading complex technology programs in a large organization.
Advanced stakeholder management to influence decisions across cross-functional teams.
Experience managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
Proven ability to translate business objectives into actionable program plans and milestones.
Strong written and verbal communication with ability to tell the story with data.

Responsibilities

Define program scope, objectives, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics with engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
Establish governance routines (cadence, reviews, decision logs) and ensure transparent communication.
Own the technology operating model across the organization, including planning, alignment, tracking, and executive readouts.
Partner with enterprise/functional teams to ensure consistent standards and tooling adoption.
Own recurring reporting for senior management and Chiefs of Staff teams, improving clarity and timeliness.
Coordinate Global Resiliency activities across regions and track actions to ensure requirements are met.
Identify automation opportunities and design AI-assisted solutions to reduce manual effort.
Document solutions, controls, and results; communicate outcomes clearly to stakeholders.
