Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading complex technology programs in a large organization.
• Advanced stakeholder management to influence decisions across cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to translate business objectives into actionable program plans and milestones.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to tell the story with data.

Responsibilities

• Define program scope, objectives, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics with engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
• Establish governance routines (cadence, reviews, decision logs) and ensure transparent communication.
• Own the technology operating model across the organization, including planning, alignment, tracking, and executive readouts.
• Partner with enterprise/functional teams to ensure consistent standards and tooling adoption.
• Own recurring reporting for senior management and Chiefs of Staff teams, improving clarity and timeliness.
• Coordinate Global Resiliency activities across regions and track actions to ensure requirements are met.
• Identify automation opportunities and design AI-assisted solutions to reduce manual effort.
• Document solutions, controls, and results; communicate outcomes clearly to stakeholders.
