Job summary

FastTek Global seeks a Technical Program & Project Management Specialist to plan and oversee technology deployment initiatives, including enterprise applications, SAAS, and infrastructure upgrades. The role may include Scrum Master or Agile Coach responsibilities to promote scrum values and lean practices.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration, manage delivery across multiple teams and vendors, and provide clear status reporting with metrics.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in IT with 3+ years in Program Management
• Experience leading technology projects and agile practices
• Experience with Jira and enterprise applications

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and define scope, goals and deliverables for enterprise technology programs
• Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement with IT teams and vendors
• Facilitate development by coordinating internal teams and external providers
• Communicate status updates to stakeholders with quantitative metrics
• Ensure objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets and resources are met
• Provide insightful analysis and reporting for presentations and reviews
• Identify risks and implement risk mitigation plans to ensure timely completion
• Guide technology strategy and implementation roadmaps with development teams
• Apply Agile/Waterfall and other SDLC frameworks to guide execution
