Job summary

FastTek Global is seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of SAP implementations, upgrades, and support projects from Dearborn, MI. The role combines SAP program management with hands-on JIRA agile tracking across multiple workstreams.

The ideal candidate will balance SAP methodologies with agile delivery, drive governance, and manage cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, within-scope project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/BA or related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing SAP projects (implementation, upgrade, or support).
• Expert-level, daily hands-on use of JIRA—board configuration, workflow automation, JQL, dashboards, and Confluence integration.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall/hybrid delivery frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern SAP program scope and governance structures.
• Lead SAP projects including implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and support enhancements.
• Manage EPICS/Sub Epics/Features in JIRA for Product Groups.
• Identify and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies; track scope changes.
• Oversee RAID logs, change control, and program-level reporting.
• Coordinate PI planning events and release management activities.
• Ensure integration points between ERP modules and legacy/third‑party systems.
