Job summary

Glumac, a Tetra Tech company, is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Advanced Manufacturing to lead complex programs across semiconductor, microelectronics, R&D, and data center environments. You will guide planning, execution, and governance, interfacing with clients and senior leadership.

The role requires PE licensure, a Bachelor's in an engineering field, and 10+ years of AEC program management experience. Hybrid work setup with travel to client sites and Glumac offices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive design, project management, program management, and/or construction management experience within the AEC industry.
• Experience managing design and construction of complex projects in semiconductor, microelectronics, R&D, advanced manufacturing, or data centers.
• Experience leading multiple large-scale or interconnected projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience managing client relationships, proposals, and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development, and execution of complex programs for Advanced Manufacturing clients.
• Serve as Principal-in-Charge and senior client interface across multiple large-scale projects.
• Oversee program execution ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Lead client management, business development, and opportunity identification.
• Coordinate proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, scopes of work, and fee development.
