Job summary

Glumac, a Tetra Tech company, is seeking a Project Manager - Advanced Manufacturing to lead multidisciplinary engineering projects for advanced manufacturing clients. The role requires coordinating diverse engineering teams, managing scope, schedules, budgets, and ensuring quality across project phases.

Occasional on-site support and client coordination are expected. The position offers a hybrid work environment with two in-office days weekly in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• 7+ years of relevant engineering, project management, or related technical project delivery experience.
• Experience supporting Advanced Manufacturing projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to travel to client facilities and project sites.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering projects from inception to closeout.
• Coordinate internal engineering disciplines and resources for project delivery.
• Define and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
• Develop work plans and coordinate staffing with discipline leads.
• Lead project coordination meetings and monitor progress.
• Monitor project performance and report status to Program Manager and Engineering Manager.
• Ensure alignment with client requirements and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate QA/QC activities with QA/QC teams and discipline leads.
• Maintain communication with clients and project stakeholders.
• Travel to client facilities and project sites as required for on-site management.
