Job summary

Glumac, a Tetra Tech company, seeks a Technical Program Manager to oversee complex programs spanning semiconductor, microelectronics, R&D, advanced manufacturing, and data center environments. You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage client relationships, and drive proposals and contract negotiations to support long-term growth.

The role requires a PE license, 10+ years in AEC program management, and experience directing large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Active PE license is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• 10+ years of progressive design, project/program management, or construction management in the AEC industry.
• Experience leading design and construction of complex semiconductor, microelectronics, R&D, advanced manufacturing, or data center projects.
• Experience managing large, multi-disciplinary teams and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development, and execution of complex programs and pipelines across Advanced Manufacturing clients.
• Serve as Principal-in-Charge and senior client interface for multiple large-scale projects.
• Oversee project execution to meet scope, schedule, budget, quality, and contractual commitments.
• Lead client management, business development, and proposals/RFP/RFQ responses.
• Provide financial oversight including forecasting, budgets, and profitability.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, architecture, construction, and PM.
