Job summary

Glumac - A Tetra Tech Company is seeking a highly experienced Technical Program Manager for Advanced Manufacturing to lead planning, development, and execution of complex programs across semiconductor, microelectronics, R&D, and data center environments. This role requires senior client interface and Principal-in-Charge responsibilities to ensure scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met.

You will work cross-functionally with engineering, architecture, construction, and project

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
10+ years of design, project management, and/or construction management within AEC.
Experience leading multiple large-scale projects in semiconductor, microelectronics, R&D, or data center environments.
Experience managing client relationships, proposals, and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, development, and execution of complex programs across Advanced Manufacturing clients.
Serve as Principal-in-Charge and senior client interface for major projects.
Oversee project execution to meet scope, schedule, budget, quality, and financial goals.
Lead business development, identify opportunities, and support account growth.
Coordinate proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, scopes of work, and contract negotiations.
