Job summary

Glumac, a Tetra Tech company, seeks a Technical Program Manager for Advanced Manufacturing to lead planning, development, and execution of complex programs across semiconductor, microelectronics, R&D, and data center environments. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and expand client relationships through strategic leadership.

The role requires PE licensure and 10+ years in AEC, with travel to client facilities and project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 10+ years of progressive design, project management, program management, and/or construction management experience in the AEC industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development, and execution of complex programs and pipelines of interconnected projects.
• Serve as Principal-in-Charge and senior client interface for multiple large-scale projects.
• Oversee program and project execution to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
