Glumac, a Tetra Tech company, seeks a Technical Program Manager for Advanced Manufacturing to lead planning and execution of complex programs across semiconductor, microelectronics, R&D, advanced manufacturing, and data centers. You will coordinate engineering, architecture, construction, and PM teams to deliver integrated solutions and manage client relationships.

The role requires a PE license and 10+ years of AEC experience, with a track record in large-scale projects and business development

Qualifications

• PE license required.
• 10+ years in design, project management, or program management within the AEC industry.
• Experience managing large-scale projects in semiconductor, microelectronics, R&D, or data center environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development, and execution of complex programs and pipelines of interconnected projects.
• Serve as Principal-in-Charge and senior client interface for multiple large-scale projects.
• Oversee scope, schedule, budget, quality, and contractual commitments.
