Job summary

Glumac, a Tetra Tech company, is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Advanced Manufacturing in Portland, OR. You will lead planning, development, and execution of complex programs spanning semiconductor, microelectronics, R&D, and data center environments, coordinating engineering, architecture, construction, and project management teams.

The role requires PE licensure and 10+ years of AEC leadership experience, with a focus on large-scale projects and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
• Active Professional Engineer license (PE).
• 10+ years in design, PM, program management or construction in AEC.
• Experience managing complex semiconductor/microelectronics/data center projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of interconnected programs across engineering disciplines.
• Serve as Principal‑in‑Charge and senior client interface.
• Oversee scope, schedule, budget, quality, and finances for programs.
• Drive proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and contract negotiations.
• Mentor engineering and project management professionals.
