Ladders is seeking an Engineering Manager - Data Enablement to lead a technical team focused on enabling data-driven capabilities across the organization, with emphasis on solution architecture, delivery quality, and operational effectiveness.

You will partner with stakeholders to align technical direction with business priorities and balance hands-on guidance with people leadership in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in Information Technology, including 5+ years in a specialized IT discipline.
• 3+ years in IT customer relationship management or portfolio strategy.
• 3+ years of management experience in an IT functional area such as applications development.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary, high-performance teams.
• Strong project management skills for handling multiple large projects.
• Proven record in developing solutions to complex business challenges.

For our client, we are seeking a Engineering Manager - Data Enablement to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will lead a technical team focused on enabling data-driven capabilities across the organization, with an emphasis on solution architecture, delivery quality, and operational effectiveness. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical direction with business priorities and ensure the team is equipped to support complex initiatives. The position also requires a strong balance of hands-on technical guidance, people leadership, and agile execution.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $139,455 - $188,676 annually
