Ladders is seeking a Technical Program Manager, Fintech to join a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will drive cross-functional fintech programs that sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.

You will own cross-functional delivery, manage dependencies and risks, and help ensure initiatives launch on time, with clear outcomes and strong stakeholder alignment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of technical program management experience in SaaS or technology-driven environments.
• Familiarity with fintech domains such as Payments, Payables, and Financing.
• Proven success delivering complex, cross-functional programs with measurable business impact.
• Strong technical acumen to interface with engineering and product leaders.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and track KPIs.

For our client, we are seeking a Technical Program Manager, Fintech to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will drive the execution of complex fintech programs that sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.

You will own cross-functional delivery, manage dependencies and risks, and help ensure initiatives launch on time, with clear outcomes and strong stakeholder alignment.

The position will also help improve program discipline, visibility, and measurement across a fast-moving technology environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $111,800 - $167,600 annually
