Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience leading with technical expertise.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Familiarity with various project management methodologies.
• Experience in leadership roles, with or without direct reports.
• Clear, precise communication and transparency in progress.
• Ability to give constructive feedback to improve group processes.
• Willingness to collaborate with others.

Responsibilities

• Project planning and execution across full lifecycle from idea to deployment.
• Provide technical leadership and participate in design reviews to ensure feasibility and alignment with standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues proactively.
• Communicate progress and blockers to senior management and stakeholders.
• Resolve technical and program-related problems and remove roadblocks for the team.
• Establish tools, technologies, and processes for program success and improvements.
• Demonstrate strong system architecture, software development, and testing knowledge.
• Plan, execute, and close cross-functional programs.
• Lead teams and influence without direct authority.
• Communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Connect technical execution to business vision and priorities.
• Coordinate across engineering, product, IT, QA, marketing, vendors, and leadership.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks with contingency plans.
• Engage with engineers to understand trade-offs and ensure sound design decisions.
• Track progress, KPIs, budgets, timelines, and resources; report to executives.
• Advocate for best practices and implement Agile/ Scrum/ Kanban to improve efficiency.
