Job summary

True Zero Technologies is seeking a seasoned Program Manager with a strong technical background to lead cross-functional initiatives from idea through deployment. You will define vision, create project plans, and guide teams across engineering, product, IT, QA, and vendors to deliver complex programs on schedule.

You will drive risk management, communicate progress to executives, and mentor teams while aligning technical decisions with business goals.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of leading with technical expertise.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in leadership roles, with or without direct reports.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Define program vision, create project plans, and guide teams through full lifecycle from idea to deployment.

• Project planning and execution:Define program vision, create project plans, and guide cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle of a project, from idea to deployment.
• Technical leadership:Contribute to technical decisions, participate in design reviews, and ensure the program's technical feasibility and alignment with engineering standards.
• Risk and dependency management:Identify and mitigate risks, negotiate dependencies, and proactively address issues that may arise during the project.

• Monitoring and Reporting:Tracking program progress, performance metrics (KPIs), budgets, timelines, and resource allocation. They generate clear, concise reports for various stakeholders, including executive leadership.
