Job summary

True Zero Technologies is seeking a seasoned Program Manager with a strong technical background to lead cross-functional initiatives from idea through deployment. You will define vision, create project plans, and guide teams across engineering, product, IT, QA, and vendors to deliver complex programs on schedule.

You will drive risk management, communicate progress to executives, and mentor teams while aligning technical decisions with business goals.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of leading with technical expertise.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in leadership roles, with or without direct reports.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Define program vision, create project plans, and guide teams through full lifecycle from idea to deployment.
• Provide technical leadership, participate in design reviews, ensure alignment with engineering standards.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues to keep programs on track.
• Communicate progress to senior management and coordinate with customers and stakeholders.
• Establish processes and tools to ensure program success and improve operations.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation; report to executives.
