Job summary

Coder is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead and shape our most complex engineering programs. You will own end-to-end delivery across multiple teams and act as a trusted partner to senior engineering and product leadership.

The role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, giving leadership visibility to steer initiatives that span systems and teams, with autonomy to define scope, milestones and risk.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical program management across complex multi-team programs.
• Deep technical intuition and ability to read designs critically.
• Proven track record delivering at scale with external commitments or deadlines.
• Strong organizational influence and ability to steer teams without direct reporting lines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with technical and executive audiences.
• Judgment to balance process with speed and rigor.

Responsibilities

• Own engineering programs end to end across teams that don’t report to one another.
• Define scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies and risks; drive decisions and accountability.
• Work hands-on with engineers and product managers to influence architecture and interfaces.
• Coordinate across engineering, product, design, security, and go-to-market.
• Provide updates on program health, risks, and trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Drive productivity improvements via tooling and lightweight processes, including AI-native tooling.
