Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior Program Manager to oversee data science and research initiatives for Army customers. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage budgets, and drive end-to-end programs across distributed personnel and subcontractors.

The role requires deep experience with enterprise data platforms, Agile project management, and strategic partnerships with government executives. A security clearance and DoD program experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of program management experience for data platforms, engineering, analytics.
• 12+ years of partnerships with government organizations and senior government executives.
• 12+ years of leadership leading dispersed cross-functional teams incl. subcontractors.
• 10+ years of enterprise data platforms and analytics leadership.
• Experience positioning Army accounts for growth and opportunity wins.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of research and data science initiatives supporting Army customers.
• Manage programs end to end, budgets, deliverables, and subcontractors across distributed teams.
• Provide operational leadership through staffing, scope definition, and consistent delivery.
• Partner with customers to operate efficient analytical or AI platforms for critical research programs.
• Lead Agile development of project roadmaps and establish milestones with metrics.
