Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead enterprise-scale technical programs. You will act as a subject matter expert, shaping strategy, governance, and delivery across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required
• 6+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, or a related field required
• Proven ability to extract and analyze portfolio data to assess cross-project intersections, dependencies, and enterprise allocations
• Experience working with MS Project to support schedule and status communication
• Prior experience using MS Excel, including multi-sheet workbooks, filters, functions, and pivot tables
• Ability to create leadership-ready presentations in MS PowerPoint
• Experience producing enterprise-ready data using PowerBI with documentation in MS Word
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team-oriented environment
• Master's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field preferred
• Certification in PMP, PgMP, or equivalent preferred
• Prior healthcare experience highly desired

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in technical project and program management
• Lead complex, high-stakes technical programs with broad organizational impact
• Bridge strategy, execution, and governance for large-scale initiatives
• Drive program design and delivery planning for enterprise-scale initiatives with multiple workstreams, dependencies, and stakeholder groups
• Influence executive and senior technical leaders on program strategy, delivery approach, and governance investment priorities
• Develop and standardize program governance frameworks, delivery methodologies, and program management standards
• Build reusable program playbooks, reporting templates, and governance standards
• Mentor senior project managers and advance organizational delivery capability
