Job summary

Raft is seeking a Senior Program/Product Manager to own the health of a large Army software program, from delivery execution to long-term growth. You will lead a cross-functional development team and interface with Army stakeholders to ensure contract commitments are met with excellence.

This is a high-visibility role that requires taking ownership, navigating the Army acquisition ecosystem, and shaping outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program/project/product management with software delivery focus.
• Direct U.S. Army background or deep Army program experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior Army/DoD stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own program health end-to-end: delivery, performance, risk, and stakeholder alignment across a large Army software program.
• Serve as primary interface with Army program stakeholders and program offices.
• Lead a cross-functional Agile software team aligned to contract deliverables and roadmap priorities.
• Translate Army requirements into clear product direction for engineering teams.
• Partner with executive and business development teams to shape follow-on opportunities and respond to RFIs/RFPs.
• Navigate Army acquisition processes, modifications, and contract requirements with confidence.
• Develop and maintain program artifacts including status reports, roadmaps, and executive briefings.
• Represent Raft on-site at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA with professionalism.
