Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Technical Program Leader, Senior Manager to oversee a portfolio of Army-focused data platforms, data science, and analytics initiatives. You will manage budgets, deliverables, subcontractors, and distributed teams, driving end-to-end program execution and strategic growth in a dynamic research environment.

You will guide data architects, data engineers, and data scientists, shape strategy, recruit top talent, and ensure governance, quality, and risk management

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing programs such as data platforms, engineering, data science, enterprise analytics, and solution architecture.
• 12+ years of experience building and sustaining partnerships with government organizations and senior government executives.
• 12+ years of experience with leadership, including leading dispersed cross-functional teams in engineering, architecture, analytics, and AI/ML, including subcontractors.
• 10+ years of experience leading the design, development, and implementation of enterprise data platforms and analytics.
• Experience leveraging client relationships and government acquisition best practices to position Army accounts for growth in AI/research.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program execution with budgets, deliverables, subcontractors, and distributed teams.
• Drive Agile development of project roadmaps, milestones, and metrics.
• Partner with customers to operate and evolve analytical or AI platforms for critical programs.
