Job summary

SitusAMC Holdings Corp. is seeking an experienced leader to own and drive a portfolio of software delivery capabilities.

You will supervise teams of PMs, Scrum Masters, and developers, ensuring best practices, clear governance, and delivery of measurable business value. Responsibilities include steering portfolio ceremonies, aligning with strategic Scorecard objectives, and advancing the Technology System of Delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from four-year college or technical school.
• 8+ years of industry experience, including AVP level exposure.
• Experience with Scrum/Agile across enterprise apps; certifications a plus.
• Experience overseeing multi-function teams of 10–15 members.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira for task management.
• Strong communication and remote-work capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and empower teams, remove roadblocks, and foster continuous improvement.
• Manage portfolio-level ceremonies and cross-functional collaboration.
• Own metrics and automation to improve delivery performance.
• Coordinate project planning, milestones, and stakeholder updates.
• Define and implement the Technology System of Delivery standards.
