AGS seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives from inception to market delivery. You will align hardware and software teams, manage schedules, risks, and budgets, and report progress to executives. A supportive leader who can navigate cross-functional dynamics is essential.

You will guide teams without formal authority, foster a positive culture, and drive process improvements while maintaining delivery momentum across diverse programs.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in managing hardware/software programs.
• Bachelor of Science degree required.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple cross-functional programs.
• Strong product and market knowledge.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across diverse teams.

Responsabilidades

• Comprehend and communicate product vision and requirements for hardware and/or software products.
• Document hardware and software product requirements to support development.
• Deliver product through cross-functional programs requiring coordination with project, product, and resource managers.
• Manage concurrent programs in a fast-paced development environment.
• Develop program schedules and report status to leadership.
• Mentor and motivate project members without managerial authority.
• Communicate program status clearly to team members and stakeholders.
• Coordinate risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead change management efforts and track program budget health.
• Identify opportunities to improve program processes and practices.
• Mentor and develop program teams and project managers.
