You will manage Azure DevOps processes, track metrics, and drive improvements through data-driven decisions, sustaining resource planning and risk mitigation across CRE, RRE, and Corporate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year College or technical school.
• Minimum of 8+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 2+ years in an AVP level role or external equivalent.
• Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and support Technical Program Managers & Scrum Masters to ensure best practices.
• Facilitate portfolio-level team ceremonies and remove roadblocks to progress.
• Provide regular Portfolio Roadmap tracking and communicate milestones, risks and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Collaborate across CRE, RRE, and Corporate lines to standardize processes and drive SoD adherence.
