You will report program benefits to executives and governance bodies, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy. The role requires strong program management, a technical background to evaluate risks, and proven ability to drive complex initiatives with external providers and enterprise applications.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in IT program/project management.
• Experience leading IT programs across multiple functional teams.
• Credibility with technical teams to evaluate risks and issues objectively.
• Experience on projects/programs supporting Enterprise Applications.
• Experience managing external implementation providers.
• Strong leadership, coaching and interpersonal skills plus excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• Proven track record of stakeholder management and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead program definition, planning, scope and execution while managing risks and issues.
• Define integrated program plans and required deliverables for success.
• Identify dependencies between programs and scope/lead transformational opportunities.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and report to executive sponsors and governance boards.
• Work independently in ambiguous situations to create clear paths forward for teams.
• Apply PMO best practices to improve processes and delivery.
