Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant experience in IT program management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Leading program definition, planning, scope, and execution of assigned programs, managing health status to anticipate risks and mitigate issues.
• Defining integrated program plans with detailed work breakdown structures and deliverables for success.
• Identifying dependencies between programs and scoping and leading transformation/growth opportunities.
• Driving stakeholder alignment and communicating program status to executive sponsors and governance forums.
• Working independently in ambiguous circumstances to create clear paths forward for teams.
• Adopting best-practice guidelines to influence and improve PMO processes.
