Job summary

You will report program benefits to executive sponsors and governance boards.

You will lead planning to sustainment, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and drive continuous improvements in PMO processes while communicating clearly with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant IT/program management experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience as Project Manager/Program Manager in an IT organization.
• Technical background to assess risks and communicate credibly with technical teams.
• Experience with Enterprise Applications projects.
• Experience managing external implementation providers.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills with excellent presentation and communication.
• Proven track record of stakeholder management and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead program definition, planning, scope, and execution; monitor health and mitigate risks.
• Define integrated program plans with detailed work breakdown structures and deliverables.
• Identify dependencies between programs and scope/lead transformation opportunities.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and report status to executives and governance forums.
• Operate in ambiguous environments to create clear paths forward for teams.
• Adopt best-practice PMO guidelines to continuously improve processes.
