Job summary

Blue Cross NC is seeking a Senior Technical Project/Program Manager to lead complex technology-driven initiatives from planning through delivery and post-implementation transition.

You will coordinate Agile delivery across cross-functional teams, manage schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies, and act as the primary contact for project communications with leadership. This hybrid role offers flexibility with in-person collaboration and remote options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in related field.
• In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field.
• PMP/Agile/SAFe/Scrum certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of digital technology initiatives with integrated plans, schedules, milestones, roadmaps and release timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional Agile teams, engineering, product, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, blockers, and tradeoffs; escalate as needed.
• Translate complex delivery updates for business partners and executives.
