Job summary

Blue Cross NC is seeking a Senior Technical Project/Program Manager to lead complex technology initiatives from planning through delivery and post-implementation transition. The role coordinates cross-functional teams across Agile delivery, governance, and stakeholder alignment to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities include planning and releasing schedules, managing risks and budgets, and serving as the main liaison for communications with executives and business partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree is required or preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in related field.
• In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of digital technology initiatives with integrated plans and release timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional Agile teams, engineering, product, business stakeholders, vendors, and programs.
• Identify, assess, track, and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and vendor commitments with visibility into scope and outcomes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications and reporting.
