Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital technology initiatives with integrated plans, schedules, milestones, roadmaps, and release timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Agile teams, engineering, product, business stakeholders, vendors, and enterprise programs to ensure delivery outcomes.
• Maintain technical and product knowledge to anticipate risks, support tradeoffs, and resolve blockers.
• Identify, assess, track, and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions with timely escalation.
• Ensure alignment with governance standards, delivery methodologies, compliance, and quality expectations.
• Manage resources, capacity planning, and delivery constraints while forecasting and planning.
