Job summary

Qualifications

• Responsible for technical support at a specific customer, including escalations, fleet performance, and upgrades.
• Serves as field escalation focal point between customer and division with documentation for field teams.
• Provides Alpha Site engineering support for installation, operation, calibration, and testing of new hardware or software.
• Provides Beta Site support for installation, operation, calibration, and testing on customer tools.
• Initiates and reviews ECOs to ensure fixes are data-supported and communicated to the field.
• Generates system performance data and reports MTBF, MTBI, availability and related metrics.
• Presents technical improvements and upgrade plans to customers and ensures field implementation.
