• Track software performance and quality at external customer sites; feed customer scenarios to test teams.
• Perform customer scenario validation for key enhancements.
• Interface with external customers for requirements analysis, prioritization and scheduling.
• Engage with product software development early on customer features; develop checklists for New Product Introductions.
• Develop software training programs for Field/Lab techs/Manufacturing engs.
• Deliver training for junior engineers in procedures and product operation.
