Job summary

Habitat Health seeks a Product Manager to own strategy, roadmap, and delivery for clinical and business applications across EHR, CRM, and related platforms. You will lead discovery with clinical and operational stakeholders, write clear requirements, and prioritize backlog in collaboration with technical and vendor teams.

You will drive adoption, measure KPIs, and work with leadership to align product direction with business goals, including change management and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner in healthcare or a regulated environment.
• Demonstrated ability to run discovery and write clear requirements/user stories.
• Comfort using metrics to defend prioritization decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product roadmap across clinical and business apps.
• Lead product discovery with stakeholders to surface real workflow pain points.
• Write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; coordinate with Epic/Salesforce/TalkDesk vendors.
• Maintain the backlog end to end, balancing new features and tech debt.
• Define success metrics and KPIs, track adoption, and inform next roadmap iterations.
• Collaborate with Platform, Clinical, Operations, Growth leadership to align strategy.
