Job summary

Concert Health is seeking a seasoned Senior Account Manager to own end-to-end relationships across a focused portfolio of high-value accounts, including onboarding new providers, driving growth, and maintaining executive engagement.

You will operate in a fully remote role, travel up to 25% for on-site meetings, and manage healthcare accounts with data-driven growth strategies and cross-functional collaboration to scale Collaborative Care offerings.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Services in healthcare.
• Healthcare experience required.
• Proven ability to balance hands-on servicing with long-term growth planning.
• Experience in onboarding new sites/providers/users within an existing account is a plus.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills with C-suite exposure.
• Proficiency with data and analytics to build growth cases; familiarity with Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day partner success and issue resolution for a focused portfolio of accounts.
• Drive growth within key accounts using data-driven growth plans.
• Manage executive relationships and lead regular business reviews with senior stakeholders.
• Define playbooks and best practices for the Account Management function.
• Collaborate across clinical, operations, product, and billing to remove barriers and drive momentum.
