Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth seeks a seasoned Product Manager to lead healthcare technology initiatives, translating business needs into scalable product solutions and workflows. You will collaborate with end users, IT, and compliance to shape requirements, validate designs with stakeholders, and guide build decisions for efficient delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in product management, software development, business analysis, technology implementation, or digital product development.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner/Agile Product Management Certification (Preferred).
• Other specialized skills and knowledge necessary to perform this job (e.g., basic accounting principles, computer skills and software, specific healthcare processes, interpersonal, communication, etc.).
• Business requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design.

Responsibilities

• Meet directly with end users and business stakeholders to understand pain points and translate them into clear, well-scoped business requirements.
• Design and build scalable product solutions, workflows, interfaces, and data flows that support organizational growth and efficiency.
• Produce wireframes, workflow diagrams, or prototypes to validate design direction with stakeholders before committing development resources.
• Evaluate whether a solution is best delivered through custom in-house development or through configuration/customization of a vendor platform, and make the corresponding build recommendation.
• Build product features and configurations directly when hands-on development is the most efficient path.
• Direct and oversee internal development and external vendors to ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with requirements.
• Collaborate with IT, Compliance, Operations, and business leaders to ensure technology solutions meet security, regulatory, and operational requirements.
• Establish product success metrics, monitor performance, analyze adoption trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives following implementation.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of product decisions, workflows, system configurations, vendor implementations, and operational procedures.
• Other related duties as assigned.
