Job summary

Habitat Health is seeking a Product Manager to own strategy, roadmap, and delivery across clinical and business applications, including EHR and CRM. You will partner with clinical, operations, and growth teams to define problems, prioritize work, and drive outcomes.

This remote role requires 3+ years in product management within healthcare or regulated environments, strong backlog skills, and experience with Salesforce, TalkDesk, and Epic.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner, ideally in healthcare or regulated environments.
• Ability to run discovery with clinical and business stakeholders and translate findings into clear requirements.
• Strong backlog management and cross-departmental collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product roadmap across clinical and business applications.
• Lead product discovery with stakeholders and end users to surface real workflow pain points.
• Write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; partner with delivery teams to scope and de-risk delivery.
• Maintain end-to-end backlog and prioritize new capabilities, enhancements, and technical debt.
• Define success metrics and KPIs; track adoption and outcomes post-launch for roadmap iterations.
• Collaborate with leadership across Platform, Clinical, Operations, Growth to align product direction.
