Job summary

Clarus Technology is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to shape the future of pet insurance technology, delivering customer-centric solutions from concept through launch.

You will partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Marketing, and business stakeholders to drive roadmaps, backlog, and go-to-market support, translating complex challenges into scalable features that improve outcomes for veterinary teams and pet parents.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or insurance tech.
• Proven experience launching and enhancing commercial products or features.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile product development using Azure DevOps, Jira, Aha!, or similar tools.
• Analytical, data-driven decision making and collaboration with software engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product roadmaps for assigned areas, delivering features on time.
• Translate business requirements into detailed product requirements and user stories.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing customer, operational, and business goals.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX/UI Design, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success.
• Monitor quality, performance, and post-launch impact to inform improvements.
• Prepare product documentation, training materials, and release communications.
