Clarus is advancing pet health tech by delivering customer-centric insurance solutions. As Senior Technical Product Manager, you will shape product strategy, drive cross-functional initiatives, and translate complex business needs into scalable platform capabilities.

You’ll partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Operations to deliver impactful features that improve veterinary workflows and pet owner outcomes.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably within B2B SaaS, insurance tech, fintech, or related digital platforms.
• Proven experience launching and enhancing commercial products or features.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute product roadmaps with timely delivery of features and enhancements.
• Drive product initiatives from discovery through launch and post-launch optimization.
• Translate business requirements into detailed product requirements and user stories for design and engineering teams.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing customer, operational, and business objectives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX/UI Design, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure successful development and launch.
• Support testing, quality assurance activities, and post-launch analysis to evaluate product success.
