Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, insurance tech, fintexch, or related digital platforms.
- Proven experience launching and enhancing commercial products or product features.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile product development using Azure DevOps, Jira, Aha!, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with data‑driven decision making and software collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product roadmaps, delivering features on schedule and optimizing post‑launch.
- Gather customer insights and market trends to inform priorities and opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into detailed product specs and user stories.
- Own and refine the product backlog, balancing objectives and constraints.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations and Customer Success throughout the lifecycle.
- Monitor quality and performance, using data to drive improvements and successful launches.
