Clarus seeks a Senior Technical Product Manager to shape the future of pet insurance technology. Lead initiatives from concept to launch, partnering with Engineering, Design, Operations, Marketing, and business stakeholders to deliver meaningful business impact and exceptional user experiences.

The ideal candidate translates complex business challenges into actionable strategies and builds scalable solutions for veterinary teams, pet parents, and industry partners in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, insurance tech, or related digital platforms.
• Proven experience launching and enhancing commercial products or features.
• Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Agile environments using Azure DevOps, Jira, Aha!, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute product roadmaps with the Director of Product.
• Lead initiatives from discovery through launch and post-launch optimization.
• Translate business requirements into detailed requirements and user stories.
