Job summary

Clarus is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to shape the future of pet insurance technology. You will lead initiatives from concept to launch, partnering with Engineering, Design, Operations, Marketing, and business stakeholders to deliver meaningful impact and great user experiences.

The role requires an execution‑oriented leader who translates complex challenges into practical product strategies and builds scalable solutions for veterinary teams, pet parents, and industry partners.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, insurance tech, fintech, or related digital platforms.
Proven experience launching and enhancing commercial products or features.
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in Agile environments using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Aha!.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with ability to leverage data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

Define and execute product roadmaps for assigned areas, ensure timely delivery of features.
Drive product initiatives from discovery through launch and post-launch optimization.
Translate requirements into detailed user stories for design and engineering teams.
Own and prioritize the product backlog and refine priorities based on feedback and business goals.
Collaborate with Engineering, UX/UI Design, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success.
Support testing, QA, and post-launch analysis to ensure quality and performance.
