Clarus Technology is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead pet insurance technology from concept through launch, partnering with Engineering, Design, Operations, Marketing, and business stakeholders to deliver meaningful business impact and exceptional user experiences.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS/insurance tech or related digital platforms.
Proven experience launching and enhancing commercial products or product features.
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Agile environments using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Aha!.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with data‑driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Define and execute product roadmaps for assigned areas, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
Translate business requirements into detailed product requirements and user stories for design and engineering teams.
Own and prioritize the product backlog and refine priorities based on feedback and goals.
Collaborate with Engineering, UX/UI Design, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success teams.
Monitor product quality and performance, and support go‑to‑market efforts.
