Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, insurtech, or related digital platforms.
• Proven experience launching and enhancing commercial products or features.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Aha!.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision making and collaboration with software engineers.
• Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities.

• Define and execute product roadmaps; deliver features on time.
• Conduct user research and market analysis to inform priorities.
• Translate requirements into user stories and maintain docs.
• Own backlog and balance stakeholder and business needs.
