Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably within B2B SaaS, insurance technology, fintexch, or related digital platforms.
• Proven experience launching and enhancing commercial products or product features.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working within Agile product development environments using tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, Aha!, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with the ability to leverage data to drive decision‑making. Technical aptitude and the ability to effectively collaborate with software engineering teams.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product roadmaps with the Director of Product for assigned areas.
• Drive product initiatives from discovery through launch and post‑launch optimization.
• Translate business requirements into detailed product requirements and user stories for design and engineering teams.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing customer, operational, and business objectives.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Engineering, UX/UI Design, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success.
• Support product testing, QA activities, and post‑launch analysis using data to measure success.
• Assist in GTM documentation, training materials, and internal enablement resources.
• Owns the delivery of platform and services and manages product strategy for business solutions.
