Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or insurance tech.
- Experience launching commercial products.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Agile tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or Aha!.
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product roadmaps and ensure timely feature delivery.
- Drive initiatives from discovery through launch and optimization.
- Translate requirements into detailed user stories for design and engineering.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog and tradeoffs.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations, and CS.
