Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS/insurance tech or related digital platforms.
• Proven experience launching and enhancing commercial products or features.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
• Proficient with Agile product development tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, Aha!).

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product roadmaps for assigned areas; drive from discovery to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Conduct user research and analyze market trends to inform roadmap priorities.
• Translate requirements into detailed product requirements and maintain clear documentation.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog; balance customer, operational, and business goals.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success to drive development and launches.
• Support QA activities and use data analytics to measure product performance and identify improvements.
• Prepare product docs, training materials, and release communications for successful go-to-market.
• Own delivery of platform and services; drive product strategy and feature sets for business solutions.
